Oria Futures is an innovative startup and research company based in Trento, Italy and working across Europe and the world. We are dedicated to the research and development of collective foresight methodologies. Our work is defined by three equally important pillars: we are care-centric, power-aware, and regenerative. We operate from the belief that organizations are living systems that require a high standard of care to navigate the complexity of our times.
During this pre-incorporation phase, we are engaging in beta projects to address client challenges while conducting foundational R&D to establish a new standard of care in the field of futures thinking. Our goal is to move beyond static, top-down forecasting. When reactive patterns cause severe internal friction, teams need the ability to anticipate change together.
