We are currently expanding our core team and collaborative network to build the foundation for our future as a Società Benefit and Startup Innovativa. Our growth is intentional and focused on filling specific technical and relational roles necessary to evolve our strategic foresight methodologies.
We collaborate with experienced practitioners who bridge advanced facilitation with the rigorous application of strategic foresight. Our circle of experts supports specific project-based interventions, guiding teams through collective foresight activities that prioritize relational resilience and systemic health.
We engage with strategic partners with shared values and expertise in intersecting fields to fill methodological gaps and co-lead community initiatives. These collaborations allow us to scale our impact through shared projects, events, and research, while supporting organisations and participants and advancing our shared vision for innovation and impact.
The Systems Coordinator manages the operational flow and informational integrity across the Oria ecosystem. By designing and maintaining the processes that support relational and technical connectivity, the Coordinator enables the team to move efficiently from research to commercial application. This role supports the operational design and functional integrity of Oria’s internal environment. It encompasses the implementation and oversight of the technical and relational infrastructure required for a distributed team to collaborate effectively.
This includes the design of how information moves across the ecosystem and the management of both internal and external operational relationships (such as vendors, digital platform providers, and contractors). It extends to the monitoring of system integrity, where the Coordinator acts as a safeguard to ensure that data structures and collaborative processes remain cohesive as the company scales. In areas where technical infrastructure meets specialized research, the scope involves a co-creative partnership with subject-matter experts to ensure that tools and platforms are built to support Oria’s technical standards. The Coordinator is responsible for flagging inconsistencies or errors for review by senior leads, maintaining the structural quality of the company’s digital assets.
The Systems Support Intern provides essential operational bandwidth by helping with the foundational tasks that sustain Oria’s daily momentum. This role is designed to reduce administrative bottlenecks, allowing the core team to focus on strategic synthesis. By integrating human oversight with AI-driven tools, the Intern helps the ecosystem remain responsive to external needs and that internal activities are carefully maintained.
The scope of this role is defined by asynchronous support in operational logistics and data preservation. It involves assisting with the flow of open-ended tasks through a shared management platform, where the Intern works autonomously on their own schedule to meet agreed-upon outcomes without rigid daily deadlines. This includes ecosystem engagement such as monitoring automated outreach streams, managing follow-up communications for post-event networking, and enabling travel and logistics for experiments and team rituals. It also helps with information preservation, which involves transcribing analog workshop data (such as post-its) and managing the outputs of AI note-taking agents to ensure actionables are properly captured. The Intern is a functional partner to the core team, independently pulling logistical tasks off the plates of others. While the work is focused on day to day activities and does not involve architectural decision-making, the Intern receives personal mentorship from the Founder and Stewards, and is actively encouraged to suggest improvements and contribute ideas to our work.
The Apprentice Practitioner bridges rigorous learning with active field research. This role is crucial for generating the primary qualitative insights that ground Oria’s strategic foresight methodology. By acting as the "eyes and ears" during experiments and market outreach, Apprentices ensure that our frameworks remain deeply connected to emerging human realities and warm data. This is a progressive role designed to cultivate the next generation of Oria facilitators through hands-on execution and high-level mentorship.
The territory of this role centers on field observation, qualitative data synthesis, and co-facilitation. The scope involves participating in "Living Labs" and professional inquiry circles to capture subtle relational dynamics and uncodified knowledge. This includes conducting signal scanning to detect emerging trends and transcribing complex human interactions into structured research notes. The Apprentice is responsible for actively seeking out "warm data" (the human stories and context behind the trends) and translating those observations into usable formats for the broader team. While Apprentices execute this research autonomously and bring their own analytical lens to the data, they operate within the methodological boundaries set by Stewards and are actively mentored by Lead Practitioners to develop their facilitation capabilities. They manage their own research timelines and contribute directly to the generation of intellectual property through their field synthesis.
